As the market leader and Sri Lanka's most successful start-up business in recent times, Pickme envisioned the intelligent upgrade of the local transportation industry; consequently inspiring Sri Lanka towards matching global standards in effective problem solving via technology.

Understanding the Problem

Building prototypes to validate pickme’s requirements

After having a detailed conversation with stakeholders at pickme, we built a sitemap based on our understanding of the requirements. This sitemap helped us to start prototyping ideas.

Pickme collaborated with us throughout the process in validating our ideas and providing their feedback in order for us to keep progressing. We were not only prototyping to build just an informative website, but also have additional features that enabled the users experience booking a ride through the new website.

Implementing Solution & the Outcomes

The website has given pickme a great brand visibility and increased customer engagement.

We converted the prototypes into high fidelity designs and then to the website in sprints. The process of development and design was incremental and iterative. The same design language as their mobile app has been adapted by the website.

Pickme’s web evolved overtime from the initial plans in the prototype with an incremental and iterative approach undertaken by Saberion. And the website is still incrementally being improved with the support of Saberion.
